The grill is low-maintenance. After use, wipe down the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth or paper towel and a mild, non-aggressive degreaser or alcohol-based cleaner. Avoid abrasive or corrosive substances to preserve the powder-coated finish.

Always remove the wooden table panels after use and store them in a dry, sheltered location to protect them from weather exposure.

After cooking, while the plate is still warm, clean it using a scraper (wearing heat-resistant gloves), then wipe it with a paper towel. Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil after each use and before the next to protect the steel and ensure optimal performance.
